SolarEdge Promotion – Commercial Cashback

By participating in this campaign you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions:

1. General. The SolarEdge “2022 Commercial Cashback Campaign” (the “Campaign”) will start as of January 20, 2022, and end on June 30, 2022. As described in the landing page above, in order to be eligible to receive the $450 Australian dollars cashback (excluding GST) per each monitored and installed product as defined below (the “Cashback”), the participant will have to do the following within the term of the Campaign: (1) purchase the following SolarEdge products from an authorized Australian seller of SolarEdge within the term of the Campaign: SolarEdge 3phase SE25kw SE30kW or SE33.3kW inverters (SE25K-AU00IBNV4, SE30K-AU00IBNV4, SE33.3K-AU00IBNV4) (the “Products”); and (2) install at least two of the said products in a single Australian site and at a minimum of 50kW (AC); and (3) ensure that the Products are connected to SolarEdge monitoring portal*; and (4) submit the form above for a Cashback request along with the site number and product information to support the purchase and installation of the said products during the term of the Campaign (“Cashback Request”).
2. Participation. Only qualified Australian solar installers are allowed to enrol as participants as part of this Campaign. For clarity, by participating in this Campaign the participants acknowledge that sites that were awarded Cashback under this Campaign will not be entitled to any other SolarEdge incentive program during the term of the Campaign.
3. Cashback Payment. Once the eligibility to receive a Cashback is confirmed by SolarEdge, at its sole discretion, a participant will receive the applicable Cashback within 60 days from the receipt of a verified invoice. Payment of any Cashback is subject to the issuance of an invoice by the participant for the confirmed Cashback amount. In case of failure to submit such invoice within 30 days from SolarEdge confirmation as per such eligibility, the Cashback eligibility will not be valid. For clarity, the participants shall be responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other costs related to receiving any Cashback under this Campaign. SolarEdge’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding.
4. Liability. The aggregate liability of SolarEdge hereunder shall be limited to amounts actually paid by SolarEdge under this Campaign. In no event shall SolarEdge be liable to a participant or the end-user of the Products for any special, consequential, punitive, incidental, or indirect damages, however, caused, including, without limitation, loss of business, revenue, profits, goodwill, use, or other economic advantages, however they arise, whether in breach of contract, breach of warranty, or in tort, including negligence, and even if SolarEdge has previously been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each participant releases SolarEdge from any and all costs, damages, expenses, and losses that any participant may suffer or incur as a result of SolarEdge’s action or inaction arising out of or in connection with this Campaign.
5. Termination. SolarEdge reserves the right to extend/cancel/change this Campaign at its sole discretion without incurring any obligation to inform the participants. Without derogating from the generality of the above, SolarEdge may terminate this Campaign or refuse to pay any Cashback in any of the following events: (a) unremedied breach of the terms and conditions; or (b) where any bankruptcy, insolvency, liquidation, reorganization or similar proceedings are commenced with respect to a participant. Upon termination of this Campaign for any of the events indicated above, SolarEdge will be released from any further obligations to a participant as part of this Campaign. If in SolarEdge’s sole discretion, a participant breaches any of these terms and conditions, acts unlawfully, tampers or attempts to tamper with the Campaign, jeopardizes the fair and proper conduct of the Campaign, or acts improperly or unethically, SolarEdge reserves the right to disqualify the Cashback claim and in such event, any Cashback will be forfeited.
6. Privacy. Any information collected by SolarEdge for the purposes of these terms is held and used by SolarEdge subject to its privacy policy (https://www.solaredge.com/privacy-policy).
7. Governing Law. This Campaign will be exclusively governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive venue of the appropriate courts located in Victoria, Australia. This Campaign is void where prohibited by law.

Clarification – the total amount of Cashback offered within the framework of this Campaign is limited to no more than 150,000 AUD, all subject to SolarEdge sole discretion as described above.

* Based on inverters installed and connected to the SolarEdge Monitoring Portal. For the avoidance of doubt, “Connected to the SolarEdge Monitoring Portal” shall mean the first telemetry transmission date.
